Accreditation Statement: The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide Continuing Medical Education for physicians.
The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) designates this internet enduring activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
CME credit will be awarded only to those who purchase the CME module and complete its associated requirements.
Self-Assessment CME Credit, Part 2 of the American Board of Surgery (ABS) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program: This activity has also been designated as Self-Assessment CME credit, applicable to Part 2 of the ABS MOC program.

Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of submission for the delivery of the credit letter.
CME credit will be awarded to those who successfully complete the FUSE activity and/or the exam beginning August 15, 2014 through August 15, 2026.
FUSE Program without Accreditation Exam
The didactic on-line material for the FUSE program is available for free to all registered users. Fees listed in this section are for users wishing to receive CME credits for reviewing the didactic material and completing the self-assessment quizzes (up to 10.5 CME credits upon program completion). Note: If a society member or individual non-member purchases the CME credit package and later decides to take the FUSE Accreditation Exam, a FUSE test voucher may be purchased to do this, but no additional CME credits will be given for taking the exam.
